There are few sights more pleasant to the eye than a wide cotton field when it is in bloom. It presents an appearance of purity, like an immaculate expanse of light, new-fallen snow. - Solomon Northrop
Respectfully, Mr Northrop, we disagree. Because when you throw a stunningly gorgeous bride INTO the blooming cotton field, my heart stops for a split second as I try to take in the splendor. Caitlin and Jake's wedding photos by Two Chics Photography are nothing short of breathtaking. Goodness, all the cards on their wedding day were dealt in their favor--I'm talking perfect sunlight, abundant Fall agriculture, green grass, comfortable temperatures, and a bride and groom that are as fun as they are beautiful!! Scroll below to see Caitlin's beautiful bridal portraits in the cotton field. You'll have major #photogoals after seeing them!
This couple decided to stick with tradition and forego a first look prior to the ceremony. It's not always that a groom's reaction to seeing his bride brings me to tears, but man, did this one ever!!! Jake's raw emotion was perfectly captured in these photos. It is so sweet and so real! I am sure these photos of his first reaction will forever be a treasure for Caitlin to look back on.
What a sweet couple! What a special and beautiful day! This is why I do my job! :) Yay! 2018, bring on more joy, more romance, more perfect sunlight, more cotton, and more fun!
Congratulations to the beautiful couple, Caitlin and Jake!!
