The white octagonal, green metal roofed gazebo, surrounded by red roses and lorapetalum, is barely 25 feet from the pond. The sun is at the backs of the guests during late afternoon ceremonies with a field usually of peanuts or sunflowers beyond the water and water birds gliding above. More than one-half of all Twin Oaks Farm ceremonies take place here. Some wedding parties walk down the entire 130-yard aisle, while others choose to place the “Old Doors” entrance as close as 100 feet to the Gazebo and about 50 feet behind the guest seating.
